Adelphi is seeking highly qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized speech language pathology services to students for a school district located in Yakima - Washington. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide appropriate speech language pathology services to students of the school district, through speech evaluations and analysis, individual and group interventions, observations and consultations

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • ESA School certificate. • Must be licensed by the ASHA. • Active license to practice as an SLP in the state Washington. • Dedication to professional growth and development. • Maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities: • Assess referred students for special education through appropriate testing and diagnostic practice. • Interpret testing results and implications to school staff, parents and students as needed. • Write speech reports and completes eligibility reports. • Confer with teachers and parents through conducting classroom observations and provide feedback • Participate in student support meetings and assist in collaborative problem-solving. • Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP). • Other duties assigned by the Director of Special Services.
