We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a well-established practice in the Fort Smith, AR area. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, language, and swallowing skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for children with communication disorders.
  • Work closely with families to support treatment goals and provide education on therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary:  $53-$62 per hour Based on experience and qualifications.
