Start Date - ASAP No local travelers, 50 mile radius rule Gross Payrate as per 40 Hours:-
Weekly Gross----------------------$3,330.00
Weekly Taxable-------------------$2,000.00
Weekly Non- Taxable------------$1,330.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40---------$50.00
Hourly Non Tax--------------------$33.25
Overtime after 40-----------------$75.00
