Our employees can find full time, part time or on call/per diem positions working in an acute, outpatient, inpatient or skilled nursing setting. The Rehab Director is responsible for directing the three rehabilitation disciplines of physical, occupational, and speech language pathology. Specific areas of accountability are: successful management of human resources, sound fiscal management of the rehabilitation department to achieve established business goals; and the continual development and improvement of clinical program to meet optimal patient outcomes and the goals of the organization. In addition, the Rehab Director is responsible for delivering patient care within the scope of practice. Rehab Directors are responsible for assuring compliance of all state and federal laws pertaining to Healthcare delivery from their rehab team.

Skills
-Appropriate degree in one of the rehabilitation therapy disciplines from an accredited university (PT, OT, or COTA)

-State licensure or eligibility for state licensure in rehabilitation therapy discipline (PT, OT, or COTA)

-Represents Consonus and the rehabilitation industry in a positive and professional manner to all clients

-Experience in post-acute care preferred
