Description
Prime HealthCare Staffing is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract position with our client, a School District in the greater Traverse City, Michigan area. The Speech Language Pathologist will be working with for school district treating students grades K-12 at four of their campuses. The is a contract position starting mid September and will run through mid October. The Speech Language Pathologist will be required to report onsite to the school district Monday-Friday. This will not be a remote position. Please not applicants looking for remote work.
This is the PERFECT time of year to accept a contract in Traverse City, MI! Traverse City is known for it's beautiful views during the fall foliage season, which starts in mid September. Take a self guided driving tour of "Michigan's Gold Coast," a 100 mile tour on the M-22 highway starting in Traverse City, meandering through Northport, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and Inspiration Point. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is a must see. Consistently ranked by National Geographic as one of the "Most Beautiful Places on Earth" and one of the top most beautiful beaches in the world. Make time to stop at one of many Michigan wineries for a tour and wine tasting on your way. Northern Michigan will not disappoint, especially during foliage season!
The ideal Speech Language Pathologist will have a minimum of 2+ years of work related experience. SLP-CCC applicants are preferred, but SLP-CFY will be considered as well if they posess the required skills. Prior experience with Teletherapy paltforms are preferred, but not required.
