Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

The Executive Center for Psychological Medicine is a Behavioral Health outpatient office that prides itself with good ambience and a holistic care of patients. It would be a great place for exceptional mental health professionals who are looking to join an upwardly mobile team of MD, Nurse Practitioner and Psychologist who form a collaborative network to make a significant positive difference in the life of others.

We are actively looking for a clinically licensed outpatient therapist for providing individual and some group therapy. Added interest in addictions is a plus. Must be either LPC or LCSW. The Therapist will be working with the Medical Director (MD) and the Nurse Practitioner. Our patients are satisfied with the care they are given. We are patient, caring, very well versed in psychopharmacology and as such an exemplary therapist will complement our skill set to the maximum benefit of our patients

As a provider, you will not be burdened with paperwork (we use simple user-friendly electronic template); or any significant administrative or billing tasks. Currently, due to COVID-19 pandemic, patients are being seen remotely TelePsych Mode. Onsite sessions will resume once COVID-19 guidelines changes.

$500 bonus paid after 2 months of employment
$200 paid monthly as health care supplement to hired candidate
$1000 paid as annual retention bonus if you work on the average of 20 hrs per week

Job Requirements:
As a Therapist at the Executive Center for Psychological Medicine, we expect you to
1. Have a healthy work ethic.
2. Have passion, compassion, and empathy for your patients.
3. Be able to effectively work in teams.
4. Have Masters or Doctorate level of qualifications.
5. Freshly licensed LCSW or LPC are welcome
6. US work authorization is mandatory.
7. Must be credential-able with insurance panels.
8. Must be able to provide care via Telehealth
9. Proficient with Windows, Outlook, internet research, MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: $50 - 55 per client hour based on experience for at least 20 hours per week
