We are looking for an MDS / Care Plan Coordinator RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The MDS RN's overall responsibility is coordinating and overseeing the MDS and resident care process. Qualifications:
Have two years long term care experience
Have previous experience in an MDS position
Must have a valid state RN license that is in good standing;
