Hiring Physical Therapists - Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem - Days
Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital is a 110-bed acute rehabilitation hospital, owned by Encompass Health and UMass Medical Center located in Worcester, MA.
Physical therapists at Fairlawn:
- have access to unlimited Medbridge continuing education courses
- work with advanced rehab technologies
- grow with mentoring and participation in the corporate therapy clinical ladder program
- may be eligible for the tuition reimbursement program and student loan repayment program
- create rapport with patient and families as a primary therapist throughout a patient’s stay
- provide the vast majority of therapy on an individualized basis

In your role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll be the connection between the additional one-on-one time we enjoy with each patient and the progress they make.
