Therapist / Nevada / Pathologist Assistant Job

NEW Permanent Pathologist Assistant Opening

Shift: 11 am - 7:30 pm Monday-Friday
Location: Reno, Nevada Area
Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or Masters Pathologists' Assistant program from a NCCLS accredited institution
• 1 year of laboratory experience grossing all tissue types from simple to complex is preferred
• Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists BOC
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, microscopes, and audible alarms.

• This is a permanent placement
• FULL benefits included
• This position is with an outstanding private laboratory. The practice consists of 3 full time and 3 per diem pathologists, and covers a wide area throughout Northern Nevada and Northeastern California. The laboratory receives a wide variety of hematopathology and solid tumor cases, as well as biopsies, including head & neck, GYN, breast, lung, GI, GU, derm specimens, etc.
