Physical Therapist / PT
Traveler position
Home Health setting
Prefer HH experience but will train to HH
12 weeks, possible extension
Monday-Friday 8-4:30 40 hours/ week
Homecare Homebase EMR
40 hours guaranteed
Long Prairie, Minnesota area
Minnesota license preferred but will wait for the license to process
2.5 hours to Minneapolis; 3 hours to Duluth, MN/Lake Superior
