PT needed in a home health setting
IRS mileage
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
M-F, days
GWW 40
On Call: pending
Weekend rotation: pending
Coverage area: Temple and surrounding area
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
