Description
MODALITY: PT for long term care:
CONTRACT ISSUES: 50 mi no book
CREDENTIALING REQ: modules pre-start paid
REQUIREMENTS: PT GA licensed, 1 yr exp, Diverse adult patient population but mostly geriatric. Meet therapy needs for residents of these buildings as well as short term rehab after hospitalization. Subacute rehab setting. No specialty certification.
SHIFT/HOURS: 8 hr Days - Floating - both Lanier Park and Limestone (try to see this as one team covering both since proximity of buildings)
Weekend hours are required - every other weekend - either sat or sun, not both, 40 hours
LICENSE: GA
