Description
OTA is needed for 13 weeks in a hospital in Pampa, TX
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Association Degree (COTA) from an accredited program
2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.
5. 1-2 years minimum experience
Location: Pampa, TX 79065
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8a-5p
Patient Type: Inpatients and Outpatients
Weekend Coverage: some weekend coverage may be required
Holiday Requirement: some holidays may be required
On-call Requirement: per dept need
Dress Code: scrubs, no designated color
