Outpatient PT - 10 hr days - IL License can pend at start
Location: Bradley - IL

- # of patients treated per day: 8-10 patients per PT at all locations. 10 locations- will be placed to a specific
location. Potential to float within a 5 mile radius.
- General Certification Requirements: BLS- IL License- can be pending for PT.
- Common diagnosis: MSK is primary and ortho. Atrium clinic specializes in neuro. All clinics treat patients ages
8-100.
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Outpatient only.
- What areas are they required to cover?: Outpatient only.
- Experience: One year of experience is preferred. Flexibility, team player, accountable, adaptable.
- PT Manager/Supervisor: Available during the day to reach out to.
- Rehab Aides: PTA's: PT/PTA teams. No rehab aids in PT. Intentional keeping patients in the same team
setting.
- Shifts & Scheduling: This can vary. 8-430, 930-6, 1030-7. 10 hour shift 8-630. Majority works 5 days/week.
Fridays all clinics 8-430. 45 minute lunch.
- Weekend Requirements: No weekends.
- Holiday Requirements: No weekends.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual dress attire.
- Department specific orientation: Day one- HR orientation. 2-3 days with blocks for charting.
