Need an Occupational Therapist for an Occupational Therapist traveler position in Minnesota and Wisconsin!
Occupational Therapist / OT
Traveler position
Home Health Setting
1 year of Home Health experience required
Home Health and Oasis experience required
Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Client will only consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date.
Coverage:
Wisconsin: Hudson and River Falls AND surrounding areas.
Minnesota: Woodbury, Mendota Heights, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, and St Paul.
Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit
13 weeks, possible extension
Monday – Friday schedule
40 hours guaranteed
Minnesota license and Wisconsin license required
