Description
Position Description: Physical Therapist needed for Mon-Fri 8-4:30, 1 Saturday per month. Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist needed. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE COMING FROM AN INPATIENT REHAB FACILITY. Skilled Nursing facility experience is not accepted. Highly preferred to have exp with Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, amputee, medical complex, and/ or Stroke exp.
Required Upon Submission: COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted. Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped.
Required Upon Offer: Must have MD license before starting.
