Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Indianola, MS
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Guaranteed Work Week: 40
Coverage: Indianola service area
Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit
Home Health and Oasis experience required, no exceptions
Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Client may consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date.
