Description
We are looking for a Therapist who is excited to work at a facility that works with adolescent boys.

About us:
Monuments is a therapeutic school and treatment program for adolescent boys ages 14-18. Located in the mountains of Southern Utah, Monuments provides the most holistic and effective approach in the youth services industry today. Utilizing experiential education, active therapy, horsemanship, and our unique Family Systems model, we create a treatment plan for each young man and their family. Each plan honors, where a family is today, where they want to be, and provides space for their son to strengthen the relationships with himself, his family, and his community. This collaborative plan is supported through individual, family, and group therapy; an accredited, individualized high school experience; and coupled with a rich craftsman and entrepreneurial focus. Our mission is to assure that each young man comes out of this experience with a new and empowering narrative that helps him take responsibility for the decisions that set the course for his future. Through this self-exploration, each young man will emerge with a stronger sense of relevance in all aspects of their lives. In this way, the family, the community, and the young man benefit from his journey to create lasting Monuments within himself stretching all the way out to the larger world of which they are apart.
