Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 79-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving post-acute rehab and long-term care residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working in a fast-paced rehab environment with a diverse patient population and strong demand for therapy services.Position Highlights:
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
79-bed facility
Diverse caseload of post-acute and long-term care residents
Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and other rehabilitation interventions
Document patient care in the EMR and maintain compliance with facility requirements
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active California Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Experience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare settings is a plus Pay Package:
$50/hour pay rate
$500 travel stipend
